Due to hygiene reasons, we do not allow for exchanges or returns on any earring products.

• While we always ensure all jewels are reviewed before being sent out, it is the customer's responsibility to check their order upon delivery.
• Any orders with genuine production faults or errors must be brought to our attention within 2 days of being received. Any refund or exchange requests for faults after the 2 day period can not be replaced or refunded.
• To request an exchange please email hello@lagunabijoux.com. Not all return requests will be approved. 
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns are at the customers expense.
• If the return is received in poor condition (not resalable), your return will be sent back to you after an invoice has been paid for the cost of your return shipping.
• Items must also be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.

• By purchasing, ordering from, or otherwise using any site on which our products are sold, you indicate your knowledge and agreement to our terms. Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Laguna Bijoux, are fashion (costume) jewellery.
• Each piece is handmade: therefore the customer can expect minor imperfections. 
• Our jewellry is not mass produced by machines. Each piece is handcrafted and unique, no two pieces will be exactly alike. We strive to keep items as close to the advertising images as possible.
• Our jewellry are made of a wider range of materials, including precious and semiprecious metals, stones and gemstones. Some items, however, do not include said metals, stones or gemstones, unless otherwise specified.
• Laguna Bijoux does not carry out gemological, chemical, or other tests on materials provided by suppliers and relies on  suppliers product descriptions and other information in good faith. Laguna bijoux takes no  responsibility for errors or inaccuracies in supplier and other third party information.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of their allergies, and to decide whether to purchase a piece (or not). Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals or the oxidation applied to metals prior to making a purchase.
•  If you are allergic to metals or metallic alloys, your purchase of our jewellery is at your own risk. Laguna Bijoux will not be held liable nor responsible for any harm or accidental damage experienced by persons or property in connection with the wearing or use of our jewellery pieces and/or components.
•
