To ensure that your jewellery remains in pristine condition for years to come, here are some care instructions to follow:

• Handle with care: Avoid dropping or hitting your jewellery against hard surfaces, as this can cause damage to the metal and gemstones. It's best to remove jewellery before exercise to avoid snags. 
• Apply perfumes, lotions, sprays and creams prior to wearing jewellery. Chemicals in these products can react with the metal and stones, leading to discolouration and deterioration.
• Always remove jewellery when entering pools and spas that use chemicals and chlorine in the water. Avoid contact with any household and abrasive cleaning chemicals.
• Always rinse, dry and polish jewellery after showering and swimming in the ocean or fresh water.
• Clean gently with a soft damp cloth and mild soap. Polish with polishing cloth provided. Never use harsh brushes or chemicals to clean jewellery. Gently wipe away dirt and oils from the surface as soon as possible. 
• Store your jewellery in a dry and cool place: Avoid exposure to moisture, humidity, and direct sunlight, as these can cause tarnishing and damage to the metal, beads and stones. store each piece of jewellery separately in a soft pouch 
• Extreme bending, force or aggressive handling is not a production fault and Laguna Bijoux will not be responsible for replacing mishandled products.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not allow for exchanges or returns on any earring products.

• While we always ensure all jewels are reviewed before being sent out, it is the customer's responsibility to check their order upon delivery.
• Any orders with genuine production faults or errors must be brought to our attention within 2 days of being received. Any refund or exchange requests for faults after the 2 day period can not be replaced or refunded.
• To request an exchange please email hello@lagunabijoux.com. Not all return requests will be approved. 
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns are at the customers expense.
• If the return is received in poor condition (not resalable), your return will be sent back to you after an invoice has been paid for the cost of your return shipping.
• Items must also be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
